Due to the unique nature of our curated vintage collection, AMORE Vintage Tokyo maintains a strict policy where all sales are final, except in cases of significant authenticity discrepancies or shipping errors. We encourage customers to review detailed item descriptions and high-resolution images prior to finalizing their purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  If you believe your item is eligible for return due to an error, notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  Return Authorization

  Our authentication team will review your request; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging including all luxury brand dust bags, authenticity cards, and the AMORE security tag which must remain intact and untampered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the return is received and passes our quality control inspection to ensure it is in the original sold condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
